For all support requests, please send a message to support [at] near north software [dot] com (without spaces) with the following information:
- Product Name
- Product Version
- Your License Key or Number (if purchased)
- Description of the problem including: steps to reproduce it, what happens that you did not expect, a screenshot of the problem, and what you expect to happen instead
Please note that support will be delayed for any support requests that do not include all of this information.
